AURO PUMPS has an in-house machine shop using the latest machines & manufacturing technologies, fabrication & Pattern shop,Assembly & Testing dept. and a painting-packing facility. All components are 100% manufactured& tested in-house at our works in GIDC Palej to adhere to the strictest quality norms.
AURO’s Engineering and R&D department makes sure that all the designs are engineered as per the highest industry standard using the latest CAD-CAM software’s &technological advances toguarantee high efficiency and long lasting pumps.
Our machine shop consists of CNC turning centers, CNC-VMC machines, CNC-VTL machines, 17 conventional lathe machines, 2 universal milling machines, 1 slotting machine, 1 cylindrical grinding machine, 2 radial drill machine, 2 bench drilling machines, 2 hacksaw machines, 1 hydraulic press, digital dynamic balancing machine, Argon welding facilities, etc.
Having a fully functional in-house pump test bed gives AURO a competitive edge over its competitors as each and every pump is put through a rigorous 5 point performance testing program. Pump testing is carried out as per IS 5120 and generally confirming to API 610 to ensure total consumer satisfaction once the pump is shipped from our company.
